A welcoming community for parents and carers across Islington.
Living with ADHD can be challenging—not just for children and young people, but for the whole family.
At ADHD Islington, we bring parents and carers together to share experiences, learn from one another, and build meaningful connections within a supportive community. Whether you’re looking for reassurance, practical advice, or simply someone who understands, you’ll find a warm welcome here.
For over ten years, we’ve been creating safe, inclusive spaces where families can access support without judgement and feel confident that they’re not alone.
Choose the option that best describes you and I’ll take you to the right place.
Guidance, support and resources for you and your young person.
Workshops, training and support for schools and organisations.
ADHD Islington is a parent-led community supporting parents and carers of children and young people with ADHD. We bring families together through monthly support groups, guest speakers, wellbeing activities, family events and our supportive WhatsApp community.
We provide a welcoming, non-judgemental space to connect with others who understand, share experiences, access useful information and find out about local services and support.
Join friendly face-to-face sessions where parents and carers can share experiences, ask questions, hear from guest speakers, and build lasting support networks.
We work alongside local organisations and trusted professionals to help families access information, services, and support that can make a real difference.
Our active WhatsApp community provides a safe space for families to ask questions, celebrate successes, and support one another every day.
From family outings and children’s activities to wellbeing sessions and seasonal celebrations, we create opportunities for families to connect and make lasting memories together.
Everything we do is centred around helping families feel informed, supported, and connected.
For over 10 years, we have created a welcoming and non-judgemental space where families can share experiences, find practical support, learn from one another and build genuine, lasting friendships.
At the heart of everything we do is connection — bringing people together so no parent or carer feels they have to navigate ADHD alone.
ADHD Islington is a volunteer-led support organisation created by parents, for parents. For over a decade we’ve been helping families connect, share experiences, and find practical support in a friendly, non-judgemental environment.
